Year 10 and Year 11 Working from Home Resources
The information on the link below outlines the resources that your child can access at home to complete homework, missed work and revision. The expectation of completion is also outlined below. This is in accordance with the Academy’s KS4 home-school agreement that can be found here.
Parent View
The views of parents are super important to us here at Global Academy.
Parents and carers can give their views of our Academy at any time of the academic year using an online questionnaire called Parent View. To access – please register with an email address and a password at parentview.ofsted.gov.uk
Once your login has been activated, it only takes a few minutes to complete answers to 12 short questions about aspects such as bullying, the quality of teaching, level of homework, etc.
Your views are important in helping us know what is going well and what could be improved.

I have a daughter who started year 10 in September 2020. I had taken her out of school 2 years previously due to issues with bullying and her mental health. She was a bit worried that she would not make friends and would be alone at school but this was not the case at all. She is the happiest she has been in a long time and has made lots of lovely friends thanks to Global Academy. Even with the pandemic, the learning has continued with plenty of support available from teaching staff. As always staff are more than happy to help however they can, Mandy is incredible and we are so glad we have her support. One thing that I love about Global is that unlike other schools, they encourage children to be individuals and although they look smart in their uniform it is comfortable and non-restrictive. Well done and thank you Global.
