- Builds the wrapper init call expression once and conditionally wraps it in an

Simplify the export-star wrapper-init emission in module_finalizers/mod.rs by conditionally wrapping the call expression with await before a single statement_expression call, instead of duplicating the statement builder in both branches of the TLA check. No behavior change.
