We need to validate a template URL. For the sake of simplicity, it'd be easier to change the types to string and call ValidateTemplateURL().
Change ClientURL and Href fields in PagerDutyConfig, PagerDutyImageConfig, and PagerDutyLinkConfig from *URL to *string to support Go templates. Related-to prometheus-operator#8315 Signed-off-by: Jayapriya Pai <slashpai9@gmail.com>
