Allows Alertmanager Pods to use the host's network namespace by adding the hostNetwork field to the AlertmanagerSpec.

The test failure appears to be a flaky test unrelated to this PR's changes (which only affect Alertmanager). The test is expecting 1 alert but getting 2, which is a known timing issue. This test has been fixed before (commit 865b1d4). Should we re-run the tests? |

Allows Alertmanager Pods to use the host's network namespace by adding the hostNetwork field to the AlertmanagerSpec.
When
hostNetworkis enabled, the DNS policy is automatically set toClusterFirstWithHostNetunless explicitly overridden via.spec.dnsPolicy.This implementation follows the same pattern used in the Prometheus CRD.
