Continuation of #21210.

Move an #[expect(clippy::cast_ptr_alignment)]attribute from blanket exclusion to a focused one at the location where this rule needs to be disabled, and add the reason why it's safe to ignore.

Pull request overview

Refines clippy lint scoping in the oxc_allocator bump allocator by moving the clippy::cast_ptr_alignment suppression from a file-wide #![expect(...)] to the specific pointer cast that requires it, and documenting why the cast is safe.

Changes:

  • Remove clippy::cast_ptr_alignment from the crate-level #![expect(...)] list in bump.rs.
  • Add a targeted #[expect(clippy::cast_ptr_alignment, reason = "...")] directly on the footer_ptrChunkFooter cast, with a safety rationale.
