Restrict portal reset to null topic switches
clearPortalStack() is now tied to shouldClearNewKey, which also matches switchTopic(existingTopicId, { clearNewKey: true }); that path is used when a first message creates a new topic (src/store/chat/slices/aiChat/actions/conversationLifecycle.ts and src/store/chat/slices/aiAgent/actions/agentGroup.ts), so the side panel gets closed during normal topic materialization even though the user did not leave the current agent context. This introduces an unexpected UI reset (portal/thread/detail views disappear) and should be limited to true topic clearing (id null/undefined) or a dedicated explicit option.
