actually that stilll doessn't work. When login is an email adress on proton pass side we have a blank username in the keepassxc imported file |

@srac0 Hi, thank you for your work on this fix. I have a quick question about the correct procedure for users who are already affected. I've already imported my data from Proton Pass, so my KeePassXC database currently has entries with blank usernames. When this feature is released and I update the app, will I need to delete those entries and re-import from my original Proton Pass JSON file to get them fixed? Just wanted to confirm the recommended steps. Thanks! |

Yes you will need to reimport which will create all new entries. You can import into a folder and then drag/drop the ones that are correct to where you want them, deleting the old ones. If you only have a few with this problem, probably much easier to update those entries by hand. |

When exporting Proton Pass data in a JSON file, usernames and emails are treated as two distinct fields. However, the current implementation of the Proton Pass importer only imports the username field, which results in a blank username when the username is an email address. This PR fixes this issue.

Manually using json generated by Proton Pass.
