what you think about if this code:

$id = '';

if ($tagId = $params->get('tag_id', ''))
{
	$id = ' id="' . $tagId . '"';
}

replace to:

$id = $params->get('tag_id', '');
$id = $id ? ' id="' . $id . '"' : '';

I'd leave the current one as it is more readable (imho).
