This pull request refactors the instantiation of ResidentCompiler by introducing a ResidentCompilerFactory. This is a good change that improves decoupling and will make it easier to provide alternative implementations or mock the compiler in tests. The implementation looks correct. I have a few minor suggestions to align with the Dart style guide regarding local variable type annotations.

According to the Effective Dart: Style guide, it's preferred to omit the type on local variables when it can be inferred by the analyzer. The type of generator is clearly inferred from the return type of residentCompilerFactory.create.
