This pull request modifies the analyze.dart script to prevent a crash when the ktlint command is not found in the system's PATH. The changes introduce error handling for ProcessException within the _evalCommand function, returning a specific exit code (127) in this scenario. Consequently, the lintKotlinFiles function now checks for this exit code and provides a clear error message instead of letting the analysis process crash.
