Fixes jagged/aliased text rendering in Impeller when using non-uniform Transform.scale (e.g. Transform.scale(scaleY: 2)).

When a translation+scale transform has significantly different X and Y scales, the glyph atlas entry is rasterized at max(|scaleX|, |scaleY|) uniformly while the compensating unscaled_basis squeezes one axis. This creates a minification scenario where nearest-neighbor sampling discards texel columns/rows, producing jagged diagonals and uneven stroke weights.

This change detects anisotropic scaling (ratio > 1.15) within the is_translation_scale path in TextContents::Render and falls back to bilinear filtering. Uniform scales continue using nearest-neighbor for pixel-perfect text.

I’ve added a golden test in aiks_dl_text_unittests.cc (TextWithNonUniformScale). It draws the same text at four different scale configurations that hit every branch of the anisotropic filtering logic:

Uniform 2×2: Scale(2, 2), ratio 1.0 → nearest-neighbor (pixel-perfect).
ScaleY 1×2: Scale(1, 2), ratio 2.0 → bilinear (sy > sx path).
ScaleX 3×1: Scale(3, 1), ratio 3.0 → bilinear (sx > sy path).
Near-uniform 2×2.2: Scale(2, 2.2), ratio 1.1 → nearest-neighbor (just below the kAnisotropicScaleThreshold of 1.15).

That gives coverage over:

Both sides of the kAnisotropicScaleThreshold comparison.
Both ratio computation paths (sx > sy and sy >= sx).
A uniform scaling baseline.

If the fix is ever reverted, the non-uniform rows would fall back to nearest-neighbor and introduce visible aliasing, which Skia Gold should catch as a golden diff.

I tested this locally with the OpenGLES backend; it compiles and the test passes. CI should pick up the golden baselines for Metal, Vulkan, and OpenGLES.

…r#182224)  Fixes jagged/aliased text rendering in Impeller when using non-uniform `Transform.scale` (e.g. `Transform.scale(scaleY: 2)`). When a translation+scale transform has significantly different X and Y scales, the glyph atlas entry is rasterized at `max(|scaleX|, |scaleY|)` uniformly while the compensating `unscaled_basis` squeezes one axis. This creates a minification scenario where nearest-neighbor sampling discards texel columns/rows, producing jagged diagonals and uneven stroke weights. This change detects anisotropic scaling (ratio > 1.15) within the `is_translation_scale` path in `TextContents::Render` and falls back to bilinear filtering.
