Summary
Performs check to verify that all actions on an alert are tied to an existing connector. Disables the save button if there are any actions with broken (deleted) connectors. Previously the "Save" button was enabled but would return an error on save.
Disabled "Save" button for user with Action = 'All' privilege
Disabled "Save" button for user with Action = 'Read' privilege
