Alternative would be to use the queryByTestId() which will not throw, but will instead return null if the element is not found:

Summary
Uses the
query_strategy_versionfield to determine if we should show the KQL bar. If it'sv1then the transform isn't installed and the KQL bar won't work. Auto-refresh will still run behind the scenes, but it's intentional to also not show it when we don't show the KQL bar to reduce user confusion in the UI.No transform installed:
