Likely a local issue since tests are passing. I noticed the latest master since last week seems to have issues with browser-based ad-blockers. If you have one, try disabling it and running again. Let me know if that doesn't work |

@elastic/kibana-design Any objections to me merging this one? Wrt style files, it really is just a move of the same files over to NP. I have added this one file which we need while we span both legacy and NP. It will go away once we've completed the client migration (soon). |

This PR moves all remaining Maps client code over to the New Platform with the exception of routing and the bare minimum of files required to maintain a presence in legacy. Routing will be handled in a separate PR.
The number of lines/files seems like a lot, but really this is just a follow-up to "physically" move the files following the work of #63297. The following changes were made:
