Tested in Chrome and works as expected - CSV button becomes available after saving and doc title is changed when name is changed.

Summary
After changing a saved search and saving it, the state was still considered as "dirty". Therefore the user couldn't generate a report. Furthermore the docTitle wasn't set correctly in this case. This PR fixes both issues.
