In order to prevent server-only plugins from invalidating the bundles, and therefore triggering an optimization, this changes the
contextobject that is printed at the top of every bundle's entry file to only includeappExtensions, which are what backs theuiExports/*imports.All other uiExports are considered to be server-side only, except for new
appuiExports, which will produce new bundles that are not found on the file system and always invalidate the cache.CC @joshdover as this may interact with the way we bundle new platform plugins
