This adds some tests for `_source` filtering during `GET` and `POST _search` when the index uses synthetic `_source`. It works, but let's be paranoia and have an explicit test just in case.

Just to check, this will fail if we don't filter out the extra field, right?

Yeah. It asserts the whole map.
