The CTA buttons are not aligning correctly on Outlook. This PR fixes the alignment for Outlook.

I tried to research why the
width: 100% !important;wasn't working on Outlook and I found out this:https://stackoverflow.com/questions/31934741/css-important-declaration-not-working-in-outlook-2007
It seems the
!importantdeclaration does not work in Outlook. It also seems the rendering engine is either the same or very similar in all Outlook versions 2007+.
