The examples in the Integration subdirectory are all specifically crafted for image-diff integration tests. They are in this location as a technical compromise, but mostly are probably are not interesting/useful to users. I would suggest simply omitting mention of this directory of the README altogether

Exactly; integration examples are on they way out, so there is no point in mentioning them anymore.

Would be good to link to the relevant section in the docs: https://docs.bokeh.org/en/latest/docs/user_guide/extensions.html

* `file` examples that output to static HTML files

* `notebook` examples that display inline in [Jupyter](http://jupyter.org) notebooks

I don't think an entire new subsection is needed just for one sentence, I would delete this and just leave the sentence below on its own.
