fix: Remove deprecated fields from a2a.proto for v1.0 release

As v1.0 is a major release and may contain breaking changes this commit cleans up the deprecated fields in the a2a.proto and references to this in the spec doc. Closes: a2aproject#1227

fix(spec)!: Make AgentCard.supported_interfaces required

As url and preferredTransport have been removed from the spec, we need to indicate that supported_interfaces is now the required mechanism for Agents to declare their connection mechanisms. Closes: a2aproject#1285
