What does this PR do?

Adds LaTeX → Unicode rendering for math in the TUI markdown pipeline, and fixes a handful of related markdown bugs that surfaced while wiring it up.

Before this PR, math in assistant responses rendered as raw LaTeX. Inline $\mathbb{R}$ was visually indistinguishable from a hyperlink (amber + underlined), and $$ … $$ blocks were eagerly matched in a way that swallowed all subsequent prose into a single amber span when the closer appeared on the same line. After this PR, common LaTeX commands render as their Unicode equivalents (ℝ, ∑ₙ₌₀^∞, α, ─x=1→, etc.) and inline math is styled italic + amber so it is clearly distinct from links.

The terminal can't typeset real LaTeX, but ~150 substitutions cover the vocabulary models actually emit (Greek, blackboard / calligraphic / fraktur capitals, set + logic + relational operators, arrows, sub/superscripts, \frac, combining marks, labelled arrows, \left/\right with escaped and named delimiters). Anything we don't recognise is preserved verbatim — so unfamiliar commands look like their raw source rather than vanishing.

I evaluated using a third-party library first. The two relevant npm packages — latex-to-unicode-converter and mathy-unicode-characters — are both abandoned (the former is explicitly deprecated with the npm keyword "do not use", the latter ships a 2 MB unmaintained 2017 bundle). The in-house pure-regex pipeline is ~570 LOC, has zero new dependencies, and gives us streaming-safe behaviour and exact control over the unknown-command fallback.

New: ui-tui/src/lib/mathUnicode.ts — pure-regex texToUnicode() covering Greek upper/lowercase, \mathbb{X} / \mathcal{X} / \mathfrak{X} capitals, big operators (\sum, \int, …), set theory + logic + relational operators, arrows (including \xrightarrow{label} / \xleftarrow{label} → ─label→ / ←label─), sub/superscripts, \frac{a}{b} with smart parenthesisation (only when precedence requires), combining marks (\bar, \hat, \vec, …), \left/\right stripping with bare/escaped/named delimiter support, and verbatim preservation of unknown commands.

- Rewrote the $$ … $$ / \[ … \] block parser to handle single-line blocks ($$x$$), require a strict opener match, and fall back to paragraph rendering when no closer is found (previously, an unclosed $$ would swallow the rest of the response into a giant amber span).
- Added inline math patterns ( $…$ , $…$) to INLINE_RE, in priority order so a leftmost dollar-delimited span wins over emphasis at column N+1.
- Fixed an off-by-one in INLINE_RE capture-group indexing: the bare-URL alternative (https?://…) had no capturing parens, so my added math groups landed in m[16], which the dispatcher treated as a bare URL and rendered with renderAutolink (amber + underline). Wrapped the bare-URL pattern in (…) so all dispatcher indices realign.
- Inline math is rendered italic + amber (vs. links' underline + amber) so the two are visually distinguishable.
- texToUnicode() is applied to inline math, single-line blocks, and multi-line blocks.
Modified: ui-tui/src/components/streamingMarkdown.tsx — findStableBoundary now tracks $$ and \[ … \] fences alongside code fences, so the streaming chunker won't commit a boundary inside an open math block.
New: ui-tui/src/__tests__/mathUnicode.test.ts (34 tests) covering symbols, \mathbb / \mathcal / \mathfrak, sub/superscripts (with parens-fallback for mixed bodies and brace-stripping for single-char fallbacks), nested fractions, combining marks, escaped/named/no-delimiter \left/\right, labelled arrows, and the punctuation-without-lookahead regression for \{, \,, \ .
Modified: ui-tui/src/__tests__/markdown.test.ts — added INLINE_RE math tests and a capture-group regression test that locks down m[16]/m[17]/m[18] ownership so the next person to reorder the alternation gets caught immediately.
Modified: ui-tui/src/__tests__/streamingMarkdown.test.ts — added math-fence boundary tests (refuses to split inside an open math block, splits cleanly after the closer).

Build the TUI bundle and launch it from this checkout (the global install at ~/.hermes/ is a separate, possibly-stale dist):

- What is \mathbb{R}, \mathbb{Z}, \mathbb{Q}, \mathbb{N}? Use $...$. — inline math renders as ℝ, ℤ, ℚ, ℕ in italic amber (no underline). A $$\mathbb{N} \subset \mathbb{Z} \subset \mathbb{Q} \subset \mathbb{R}$$ block renders as ℕ ⊂ ℤ ⊂ ℚ ⊂ ℝ inside a ─ math block, with prose on the next line unaffected.
- Show me the formula for sigma sum from n=0 to infinity of 1/n! — renders ∑ₙ₌₀^∞ 1/n!.
- Render Euler's identity in $...$. — renders e^(iπ) + 1 = 0 (parens fallback because π has no Unicode superscript).
- Show \xrightarrow{x=1} mid-expression. — renders ─x=1→.
- Show \left\{ p/q \mid p \in \mathbb{Z}, q \in \mathbb{Z}, q \neq 0 \right\}. — renders {p/q ∣ p ∈ ℤ, q ∈ ℤ, q ≠ 0}.

Run the test suite to confirm nothing regressed:
