Why

Discord context: ctrl-c got slightly weird in the live turn (fixed in
#16706), and that surfaced an adjacent gap — there's currently no way
to remove a queued message. `↑` loads it for edit, `ctrl-K`
dispatches the head, but a draft you no longer want stays put forever.

`ctrl-C` while editing today just clears the composer and exits edit
mode without touching the queue, which is the right behavior — but it
leaves the user with no way to actually drop the item.

Two new bindings, both gated on `queueEditIdx !== null`

`ctrl-X` — delete the queue item being edited, clear composer,
exit edit mode. "cut" matches the mental model and doesn't collide
with any existing binding.
`esc` — cancel the edit (composer clears, item stays in queue).
Mirrors `ctrl-C`'s existing behavior so muscle memory has two
paths.

Header line now reads:

…when in edit mode, so the affordance is discoverable without
`/help`. The `/help` hotkey table also gets a `Ctrl+X` entry.

What I deliberately didn't do

`ctrl-C` while editing → delete the item (Brooklyn's first
instinct). Rejected because `ctrl-C` should never destroy queued
content; making one binding both "cancel" and "destroy" is
surprising. Clean separation: `esc` / `ctrl-C` cancel,
`ctrl-X` deletes.
Clickable `[x]` per row — defer. Adds visual weight to the
3-row peek and Ink mouse plumbing isn't wired here yet. Can come
later if asked; keyboard story is right first.

Test

`removeAt` extracted as a pure helper; covered in
`tests/useQueue.test.ts` (happy path, OOB no-ops, mutate-in-place).
The `useInput` keyboard wiring isn't unit-testable without an
ink-testing-library; verified by tsc + manual walk-through.
All 387 ui-tui tests pass; tsc clean.

The text input's ctrl-passthrough whitelist only listed Ctrl+C and Ctrl+B. Ctrl+X fell through to the printable-char branch and got inserted as 'x' alongside the queue-delete action firing in useInputHandlers. Add Ctrl+X to the same whitelist so it bypasses the readline-style fallback and reaches the app-level handler unchanged. When not in queue-edit mode it's a no-op, which is fine — typing 'x' on Ctrl+X was the wrong default anyway.
