Move the CMake project definition to the top most CMakeList.txt, so that the MSVC solution is named 'mudlet' rather than 'Project'.
Moc has issues with boost, so don't parse boost headers.
Use yajl2 for MSVC.

I don't know cmake - is which is default, Lua as C++ or C+?

The default is OFF, meaning that it uses C.
The reason for compiling it as C++ is that if you use C, it uses setjmp/longjmp, which doesn't work well with C++ destructors or exceptions.

This should make it so that the cmake build works again with close to the minimal amount of changes.
