Description
Targets to enable all Pipelines owned skip tests, detailed change list can be retrieved from commit history.
For pipeline job tests, as we create new workspace in every CI, there is no need to use weekly fixed job name; also create a new test class for longer timeout limit for tests that expect pipeline job completed.
Also try to enable one test (only in live test mode) related to create component in registry:
test_component_create_get_list_from_registry, the remaining will be enabled in separate PR.All SDK Contribution checklist:
