DRIV3R

DRIV3R is an open-world action-driving game in the Driver series, developed by Reflections Interactive and published by Atari in 2004 for PlayStation 2 and Xbox, with a Windows release following. You play as undercover detective John Tanner, infiltrating an international car-smuggling ring across three detailed cities: Miami, Nice, and Istanbul.

The game blends high-speed car chases with on-foot gunplay and stealth. It emphasizes realistic vehicle handling, a robust damage model, and tense police pursuits inspired by classic chase films. Story-driven missions are complemented by free-roam exploration, optional activities, and a replay “Director” mode that lets you capture and edit your most dramatic getaways.
