Born and raised in Southern California, Gary Lee is the owner of Dodgers Nation and leads business development, marketing, partnerships, and long-term growth strategy for the brand.
Gary has a passion for helping media brands and businesses grow beyond what they thought was possible. His approach is rooted in testing, building, learning, and proving ideas in the real world before scaling them. Through Dodgers Nation, Gary has helped build one of the most engaged independent Dodgers communities online.
Doug McKain | YouTube Host
Doug McKain, known to fans as DMAC, is the host of Dodgers Nation’s Dodgers Dougout Live on YouTube.
A lifelong Dodgers fan, Doug brings energy, deep team knowledge, and a true fan’s perspective to Dodgers Nation’s video coverage. In addition to his passion for the Dodgers, Doug is a rabid Lakers fan and a supporter of all Los Angeles sports.
Noel Sanchez | Digital Content Producer | Social Media Host
Noel Sanchez is a Digital Content Producer and Social Media Host for Dodgers Nation.
He’s a lifelong fan of the Dodgers and Lakers, and he’s been covering sports professionally since 2023.
He oversees all content that gets posted to the Dodgers Nation media platforms and covers all angles of the team.

Ava Brand | Community Manager
Ava Brand is the Community Manager for Dodgers Nation and LA Sports Report.
Born and raised in Orange County, Ava grew up an Angels fan but adopted the Dodgers as her primary team after attending USC, where she graduated with a journalism degree in 2023. She enjoys covering not only the game itself, but also the human-interest, cultural, and business sides of sports.
Before joining Dodgers Nation and LA Sports Report, Ava spent nearly four years with ABC7 as a freelance sports producer and news writer. In 2025, she traveled to Japan for the Tokyo Series as a producer and was recognized with a Golden Mic Award for her coverage.

Cameron Kiszla is the Senior Editor for Dodgers Nation and LA Sports Report.
Cameron has covered sports and news in Southern California since 2017. He previously worked as a digital news producer for KTLA 5 News and as a staff writer at the Beverly Press and the Camarillo Acorn.
A native of Alabama, Cameron began his journalism career covering high school sports for the Mobile Press-Register and the Tuscaloosa News. At Dodgers Nation, he helps guide editorial coverage, breaking news, and day-to-day newsroom standards.
