Spring Training Begins in Arizona
The 2026 Major League Baseball season begins in earnest in February, and the Los Angeles Dodgers will begin their quest for their third-straight World Series crown with an abbreviated Spring Training at Camelback Ranch.
Pitchers and catchers are due to report on Friday, Feb. 13, with position players set to report on Tuesday, Feb. 17. The Dodgers will square off in the opening Spring Training game against the Los Angeles Angels on Saturday, Feb. 21.

The 2026 World Baseball Classic, which will include several high-profile Dodgers players representing their countries, will begin on March 3, leading to a shortened Spring Training camp compared to previous seasons. The WBC Final will take place on March 16 at loanDepot park in Miami, Florida.
Home Opener
The Los Angeles Dodgers’ regular season home opener is slated for March 26 against the Arizona Diamondbacks at Dodger Stadium.

Series to Watch
The 2026 season features several notable rivalry games and high-profile matchups:
- Toronto Blue Jays: The Dodgers will travel to Canada for a three-game World Series rematch against the Toronto Blue Jays from April 6-8.
- New York Mets: The Dodgers will host the New York Mets during a three-game series at Dodger Stadium from April 13-15, including Jackie Robinson Day on April 15. The team will travel to CitiField for another three-game series, July 24-26.
- New York Yankees: Prior to the Mets series, the Dodgers will battle the Yankees at Yankee Stadium from July 17-19.
- Los Angeles Angels: The Freeway Series against the Angels includes away games on May 15-17 during the 2026 “Rivalry Weekend,” and home games on June 5-7.
Divisional Matchups
Key National League West rivalries are spread throughout the season:
- San Francisco Giants: The Dodgers will reignite their storied rivalry with the San Francisco Giants, beginning with a regular season series in the Bay on April 21-23. The Dodgers will play host to the Giants May 11-14. The teams won’t see each other again until September, when they trade home-and-away series Sept. 18-20 and Sept. 25-27, including the season finale.
- San Diego Padres: Multiple series are scheduled, with away games on May 18-20 and June 26-28. The Dodgers won’t host the Padres until July 2-5, including a Fourth of July Saturday primetime game, and again Sept. 22-24.
- Arizona Diamondbacks and Colorado Rockies: The Dodgers will host the Diamondbacks throughout the season, including the home opening series on March 26-28, and July 10-12. The Dodgers will host the Rockies May 25-27 and July 6-8.

Special Dates
- Jackie Robinson Night: As is tradition, Dodger Stadium will host Jackie Robinson Night on April 15 against the New York Mets.
- Mother’s Day: The Atlanta Braves will travel to Los Angeles as part of a three-game series highlighted by a Mother’s Day matchup on Sunday, May 10.
- Memorial Day: The Dodgers and Rockies will square off on Monday, May 25, and will honor the fallen heroes of the nation’s armed services.
- Juneteenth: The Dodgers will face the Baltimore Orioles on Juneteenth on Friday, June 19.
- Father’s Day: The Orioles and Dodgers will conclude that June series with a Sunday afternoon game at Dodger Stadium on Father’s Day, June 21.
- Independence Day: The Dodgers will face the San Diego Padres at home on July 4 in a primetime Saturday game.
- Labor Day: The Dodgers will host the Cincinnati Reds on Labor Day, Monday, Sept. 7.
