Title
Title[1][2][3] (JP: 称号), referred to as rank (JP: ランク) in Chapter 1,[4] is a cosmetic game mechanic in Deltarune. In the Power menu, the title and description appears when viewing a party member's LV and Stats.
The listed title depends on the characters, the player's choices, and Chapter progress. Certain titles can cause alternate events or dialogue to occur, and can also get overwritten.
Kris's title varies via story progress, primarily choices, route, and moss. These titles can also occur when using a Completion FILE, which is alluded to by a Hathy in Chapter 2 if Kris has earned the "Bed Inspector" title in Chapter 1.[1]

Enter the room with the Forgotten Man. This also sets Kris's LV back to 1.
Kris's title is coded to change if "obj_room_man" is currently active/exists[10], however this only happens during gameplay when you are receiving the Egg. |
Susie's title primarily changes via story progress, with some being based on choices.
