Visually Control Your Availability

Online Booking Availability

See your availability windows in DayBack alongside your appointments and other commitments.

What if you could make yourself available with the same confidence you have when making appointments–visually, right in your calendar, so you can see if you’re creating an unworkable schedule?

With DayBack, you can adjust your availability right where you make all your scheduling decisions. No need to open another app. Drag availability windows to shorten them, constrain the kinds of meetings you’re willing to have there, or quickly delete a window to defend your timeā„¢.

Availability Rules for Different Work Types

Each availability window can have its own rules. For most meetings, you may let folks book 8 hours in advance, but you want to know 30 hours in advance if you have meetings first thing Monday.

Online Booking Links that Respect Your Rules

Once you’ve added availability windows to your calendar, you can share them with your customers using DayBack’s link builder. Each link represents an online booking page with its own flow, gatekeeping questions, and additional constraints.

Pages can offer all of your availability windows or a subset by naming specific Availability Types when you build your link.

And links can further constrain your availability, allowing you to schedule different types of meetings and adjust their duration, buffers, and accompanying questions. Importantly, this means you can ensure that longer buffers follow meeting types that are likely to generate more after-meeting work.

Links can have their own rules to further constrain booking windows.

In addition to the constraints you see above, we’ve implemented custom page attributes like:

  • One-time-use links
  • Last-minute links
  • After-booking forms
  • Changing availability windows on the fly based on the recipient’s location
  • Reschedule prompts or nurture campaigns after booking abandonment

Branded Booking Experience

Like regular DayBack pages, you have complete control over the appearance and structure of your booking pages. Customers have the same access to edit page HTML and CSS as we do. Some customers end up with dozens of booking pages, each matching the look and feel of their various campaigns and landing pages.

Add This to Your DayBack

If you need to make your team available with greater flexibility and precision than what apps like Calendly offer, please let us know. We’d love to show you how we’re using this internally and why it’s made such a difference.

Online booking is available as a paid add-on for users with DayBack’s Plus and Enterprise plans. To access this feature, you’ll need to purchase both an online booking site license and customization to link the availability engine to your calendars. Our team can help set up your availability so your calendar always aligns with your goals and never surprises you again.
