What is High-Touch Support?
You can reach out any time for support, either by phone, email, or using the chat widget embedded in the admin configuration side of DayBack. Many of the things you may ask about will be documented and often include example code and suggestions for customizing the app on your own. If we can answer questions by suggesting alternatives or pointing you towards examples in the documentation, that is all done at no charge.
And if you get stuck on a customization you’re undertaking, we can often review your work and help get you unstuck. Again, that’s usually at no charge as long as we don’t need to write code for you. If we do need to write code, we’re available to make customizations for you as part of implementation packages for DayBack.
Packages can be used for consulting, coaching, or modifications and start at blocks of 5 hrs for $231/hr. An implementation package may include one or more deliveries of new features. Each delivery will be accompanied by a short video explaining what we’ve done (so that you can eventually extend it on your own). Delivering work in small chunks like this ensures we don’t outrun our understanding of your needs. Each delivery will also include the number of hours remaining on your package.
Implementation package hours do not expire and can be used for anything you may need help with. As an additional consideration, having some time on the books allows us to be responsive to any urgent needs you have, giving you the peace of mind that you can reach out for hands-on help as you need it.
