Licenses
Explore our comprehensive licensing options designed to provide the flexibility and support needed to maximize the value of Componize Software solutions for your organization.
Our licenses ensure you have the right resources and terms to fully leverage our technology, tailored to fit your specific needs and usage patterns.

We propose both named and/or concurrent user licenses and companies can opt for the license that fits them better.
What is the difference between a named and a concurrent license?
- Named Licenses: These are assigned to specific users, typically ideal for technical writers who require constant access to the CCMS. You can reassign these licenses to different employees by contacting our support team, with a limit of up to twice per year per named user.
- Concurrent Licenses: These function like “tokens” that can be used by any internal or external user within your organization who has access rights. When one user finishes using the solution, the token is released and can be used by another user. This allows a set number of users to access the solution simultaneously. A concurrent license costs 2.5 times the price of a named license.
- Combined Licenses: These function when the client allocates named licenses to technical writers for uninterrupted access, while occasional contributors use the concurrent licenses.
Typically, the ratio is one concurrent license for every 3 to 20 occasional users, depending on usage frequency.
