
Indoor & Winter Training
Our indoor training offers a unique winter experience. Rowers can build fitness, improve technique, and stay connected to our CRI community. Whether indoor rowing, yoga, or strength classes, our indoor training is a great opportunity for all.
Sign up for a session with your favorite coach! Class descriptions, schedules, and sizes vary. Registration for winter training opens in late November and courses run through early March.
