Step by Step: Sign Up For Your Booth Now

Click “Request A Booth” above.

Step 2
Complete the form fields to submit your desired booth size and other requirements.

Step 3
We’ll email you! Our team will connect to finalize your options, and generate your invoice and agreement.

Step 4
Pay your invoice. Once we receive your payment we will issue a confirmation.

Step 5
Complete the exhibitor company registration process included in your confirmation email. A unique access code will also be included and required.

Note important dates and information from the exhibitor’s kit (downloadable PDF is accessible above), as outlined below.

Ensure submission of Certificate of Insurance.

Contact service providers if necessary for shipping and receiving, electrical and furnishing needs, and any other logistics.

Booth setup is Sunday, November 1st from 9 am to 4 pm. Employee badges must be picked up from the registration desk at this time. CampEx opens to attendees with a welcome reception on the trade show floor November 1st at 6:00 pm.
