CampEx 2026 will be hosted in Richmond, BC at the Sheraton Vancouver Airport Hotel, with additional rooms available at the Vancouver Airport Marriott—both located on Westminster Highway and minutes from Vancouver International Airport (YVR).

Official CampEx Room Block (October 31–November 4, 2026)

A dedicated block of rooms has been secured at both hotels for CampEx attendees. To access the conference rate, you must book by 5:00 PM (local time) on October 1, 2026. After the cut-off date, rooms will be released for general sale and the conference rate will be available only if space and rate allow.

- Single/Double: $289/night
- Triple: $309/night
- Quad: $329/night

Reservation Guarantee & Cancellation
All reservations must be secured by a first-night deposit, a major credit card, or guaranteed by the Group.
- No penalty for cancellations received by 4:00 PM hotel local time, 48 hours prior to arrival.
- Cancellations after that deadline incur a one-night charge plus applicable taxes/DMF.
