1. Overview
These Terms & Conditions govern your registration for and participation in the Canadian Outdoor Hospitality Conference & Expo (“COHCE”), operated by the Canadian Camping and RV Association (CCRVA).
By registering for or attending the event, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Registration & Payment
- All registrations must be completed through the official event platform.
- Payment is required in full at the time of registration unless otherwise specified.
- Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes.
- Registration is confirmed only upon successful payment.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
All registration purchases are subject to the following:
- Cancellations made on or before September 30, 2026: Eligible for a refund less an administrative fee.
- Cancellations after October 1, 2026: Non-refundable.
- No-shows: Non-refundable.
Registrations may be transferable to another attendee from the same organization with prior written notice.
4. Event Changes & Cancellation
CCRVA reserves the right to:
- Modify the event program, schedule, speakers, or venue
- Cancel or postpone the event due to unforeseen circumstances
In the event of cancellation:
- Registrants will receive a refund of registration fees paid
- CCRVA is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other related expenses
5. Attendee Responsibilities
By attending COHCE, you agree to:
- Conduct yourself professionally and respectfully
- Comply with all venue rules and applicable laws
- Follow any health, safety, or event-specific guidelines
CCRVA reserves the right to remove any attendee who violates these expectations without refund.
6. Assumption of Risk
Attendance at COHCE is voluntary. You acknowledge and accept any risks associated with travel, attendance, and participation in event activities.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- CCRVA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for registration
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Travel disruptions
- Personal injury
- Loss of property
- Business interruption
8. Photography & Media
By attending COHCE, you consent to:
- Photography, video recording, and media capture
- Use of your likeness for promotional and marketing purposes
If you do not wish to be photographed, you must notify event staff in advance.
9. Intellectual Property
All event materials, content, and branding are the property of CCRVA unless otherwise stated.
Attendees may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use event content without permission.
10. Third-Party Services
COHCE may include third-party vendors, sponsors, and service providers.
CCRVA is not responsible for:
- Third-party products or services
- External websites or platforms
11. Privacy
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with the COHCE Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada.
13. Changes to Terms
CCRVA reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the website.
Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.
