Craig Bird
With over 20 years of experience in IT and cybersecurity, I’m the CEO and Founder of CloudTech24. In 2023, I relocated to Dubai to launch and lead our regional office, expanding CloudTech24’s global footprint and delivering our expertise to the Middle East.
My role spans strategic planning, operational oversight, and sales and marketing analysis. I’m passionate about strong leadership, data-driven decision-making, and building scalable, high-performance teams.
Outside of work, I enjoy time with my dog Luna and have developed a real passion for padel – an interest sparked by my move to Dubai (when I’m not sidelined by injury!).

Andrew Dale
As Chief Operating Officer, I lead the technical strategy and operations of the business, ensuring our teams are equipped with the right tools, training, and infrastructure to deliver exceptional service to our clients. A key part of my role involves implementing and maintaining secure internal IT systems that support productivity while upholding strict security standards. I also work closely with Sales and Operations, contributing to broader business functions and helping align technical capabilities with strategic goals.
My expertise lies in Microsoft 365 Modern Work, IT Service Management, and platform implementation and integration. I’m passionate about fostering technical excellence within the team, regularly leading internal training sessions to ensure we stay ahead of the curve with the tools and platforms we use every day. One of my proudest professional achievements is helping the company attain Microsoft Tier 1 Partner status in early 2025. This milestone reflects a significant team effort, including the rollout of structured training programs and funded certifications to build a highly skilled support team. Outside of work, I enjoy playing 7-a-side football, keeping up with the latest tech and gadgets, and spending time with my two Maine Coon kittens—both of whom is already over 4kg at just 20 weeks! I’m also a long-time Call of Duty fan, especially from the OG Verdansk and Rebirth Island days.

Rob Brewer
Hi, I’m Rob – I lead the cyber team at CloudTech24 as Director of Cyber Operations. I’ve been in the cybersecurity space for over 15 years and worked across a wide range of sectors including healthcare, finance, legal, tech, and government. My background includes time supporting UK government departments on national security initiatives, giving me a strong foundation in high-assurance environments and threat-led defence.
I started my career straight out of school and have since co-founded a cybersecurity firm, worked as a solution architect, and supported organisations as a technical presales specialist. At CloudTech24, I focus on helping clients stay secure through services like MDR, SIEM, SOAR, log analytics, and strategic advisory.
I’m passionate about making cybersecurity accessible—whether I’m speaking with execs or engineers, I aim to break down complex risks into clear, actionable insights that support your business goals.
Outside of work, I’m a proud dad to two brilliant daughters and a lifelong LEGO enthusiast—if we’ve had a video call, chances are you’ve seen a few of my builds in the background. I’m also a passionate gamer and PC builder, a hobby I picked up in the early 2000s with my dad, who first sparked my interest in computers. Fun fact: back in the day, I was Europe’s #1 ranked Battlefield 1942 player—proof that my competitive streak goes way back!

John Hosegood
I lead sales at CloudTech24, working closely with the leadership team to shape and execute our strategic growth plan. Sarah Anning
I’m an Operations Manager responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of day-to-day activities across multiple departments, including finance, HR, and operations. My role involves coordinating teams, streamlining processes, and supporting company-wide initiatives to maintain high performance and operational excellence.
With a foundation in project management, I’ve broadened my expertise to include HR, finance, customer service, compliance, data analysis, and logistics during my time at CT24. This diverse skillset allows me to take a holistic approach to problem-solving and contribute meaningfully across various business functions.
I’m proud to have earned my AAT qualification, progressed from a business admin role to Operations Manager, and celebrated six years with CT24 while expanding my team. Outside of work, I enjoy walking my black Labrador, cooking and baking, reading, Pilates, and spending quality time with my husband and teenage daughters—often over Lego builds or jigsaw puzzles.

Dan Kent
As Head of Technical Services at Cloudtech24 I oversee all our daily Support, Infrastructure and Project operations. In this role I define and implement frameworks, processes and procedures to enable us to work as effectively and efficiently as we can for our clients.
I’ve worked in the IT industry for the past 20 years where I spent time working in a variety of technical roles before moving in to leadership and governance. I specialise in service transformation, client experience and delivering high performing teams. In previous roles I have built, scaled and deliver support offerings for global MSPs working across various markets, winning numerous Industry awards along the way, each and everyone I am extremely proud of as they are all reflections of the great work that all my teams have done and its them who deserve the credit.
Outside of my work day to day my family are my main focus, with a young daughter what spare time I do get I tend to spend playing sports, whether its football, Cricket or a bit of Padel these days as age and ability slips away!

Jonathan Keats
As IT Operations Manager, I lead the IT Operations team responsible for delivering project work and managing core IT functions including patching, vulnerability management, networking, and device monitoring. My role ensures the stability, security, and efficiency of our IT infrastructure across the business.
With a broad technical background, I bring a “jack of all trades” approach that’s essential for the wide-ranging responsibilities of the team. This versatility allows me to adapt quickly, troubleshoot effectively, and support the team across a variety of systems and technologies.
What I’m most proud of is fostering growth within the team—watching colleagues join with basic technical skills and evolve into knowledgeable IT professionals. Outside of work, I’m passionate about Formula 1, ice hockey, and gaming.

Chris Sharp
As Service Delivery Manager, I oversee and enhance the daily operations of our service desk and technical teams, ensuring we deliver consistent, high-quality support. My role focuses on streamlining service delivery, improving performance, and maintaining a customer-first approach across all touchpoints.
My core strengths lie in man management, ticket management, and driving continuous improvement. I take pride in fostering a collaborative team culture and have successfully supported the progression of team members into new roles across the business. I’ve also led key initiatives in IT Service Management (ITSM) development, underpinned by my ITIL certification.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about football, enjoy playing padel, and love spending time with my family. Being a dad is one of my greatest joys.

Lisa Richardson
I am a Senior Account Manager at CloudTech24, I play a pivotal role in supporting both prospective and existing customers. I collaborate closely with all departments across the business to bring together the technical expertise needed to deliver comprehensive proposals and commercial agreements that drive real value.
With a broad understanding of CloudTech24’s full suite of services, I’m often one of the first points of contact for new clients. This enables me to quickly identify and refine what a business truly needs—whether it’s aligning with compliance frameworks, enhancing cybersecurity posture, or implementing full end-to-end IT support and licensing solutions. One of my proudest achievements has been contributing to the growth of CloudTech24’s customer base and team. When I joined, we were a team of just 12 and I’ve had the privilege of working with some incredible companies from their very first interaction with us. Outside of work, I’m passionate about music and DJing—hosting a radio show on Freshshoundz Radio and performing at events and festivals alongside some of the biggest names in dance music. There’s nothing quite like seeing a crowd come alive to the music you’re playing.

Adam Sargeson
Adam leads our marketing strategy, specifically around social media, graphic design and positioning our cybersecurity and IT services to stand out in a competitive market. He focuses on delivering impactful campaigns, strengthening our digital presence, and ensuring consistent, high-quality messaging across all channels.
Outside of work, he’s passionate about the gym and enjoys exploring new restaurant experiences.

Jennie Brewer
As a Operations Coordinator at CloudTech24, I play a vital role in enhancing and streamlining people operations. Since joining the team in 2024, I have been a key contributor to managing the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to training, compliance, and policy development.
I am a CIPD Foundation qualified with responsibilities that include leading the recruitment process, overseeing health and safety protocols, coordinating training initiatives, and conducting internal audits to uphold operational standards. I am organised and have a people-first approach to ensure a smooth, compliant, and supportive experience for every team member.
Outside of my professional role, I am a mum of two young girls which takes up most of my time, However I do enjoy baking and reading crime books, walking my cocker spaniel and hold the position of chair within a school PTA.

Ben Quirke
At CloudTech24, my responsibilities span incident investigation and response, vulnerability management, and security engineering. I specialise in implementing and refining our next-generation SIEM detection rules, enabling our SOC team to respond to cyber threats quickly and efficiently.
I also work closely with clients to align them with best security practices, such as Cyber Essentials, and help identify and prioritise vulnerabilities to strengthen their overall security posture.
I’ve contributed to projects, including the integration and streamlining of client log ingestion processes, which has enhanced our ability to gain actionable insights. Additionally, I’ve worked on automating our vulnerability reporting process to improve efficiency and consistency.
I hold the BTL1 certification, which demonstrates my practical understanding of detecting and responding to cyber threats.
Outside of work, I enjoy gaming and am a keen competitive swimmer.

Jessica Harbour
As a Sales Administrator, I support both the Customer Success and Sales teams by managing licences, preparing quotes and purchase orders, and handling a variety of ad hoc tasks that keep day‑to‑day operations running smoothly. I specialise in sales operations and CRM management, ensuring that every stage of the sales cycle is supported with efficient, well‑organised administrative processes.
I’m known for maintaining accurate sales information, producing clear and reliable documentation, and collaborating effectively with customers and internal stakeholders. One of my proudest career moments was being promoted to Sales Support Supervisor just one year into a previous role, where I led and developed my own team and helped streamline processes across the department.
Outside of work, I enjoy staying active at the gym and spending time at festivals. Each summer, I look forward to a week camping in Dorset with my family

I work extensively with Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) platforms and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools to monitor, analyse, and respond to security events in real time.
Outside of work, I enjoy unwinding by binge-watching movies, TV series, and K-dramas. This hobby allows me to relax and recharge, bringing a balanced perspective to my professional life.

Emmanuel Bastero
As an IT Operations Engineer, I am responsible for monitoring and maintaining critical IT infrastructure, including both servers and cloud environments. My role ensures that systems remain reliable, secure, and optimised to support business operations. With a strong foundation in network infrastructure and cloud management, I work to keep technology running smoothly and efficiently across the organisation.
My expertise lies in designing and managing robust network systems, with a particular focus on scalability and performance. One of my proudest accomplishments is independently building a network infrastructure to support over 100 users—a project that showcased both my technical skills and problem-solving abilities. I hold a CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) certification, which reflects my commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the IT field.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about personal growth and creativity. I enjoy reading self-help books—The Subtle Art of Not Giving a Fck* by Mark Manson is a favorite—and regularly listen to thought-provoking podcasts like The Diary of a CEO and Simon Sinek’s talks. I also love singing, playing the guitar, and recently developed an interest in motorbiking, with plans to take on long-distance rides in the near future.

Ethan Hunter
As a Senior Cloud Technician at CloudTech24, I’m responsible for handling technical escalations and ensuring the smooth operation of our service desk. My role involves refining internal processes, supporting the team with complex issues, and making sure tickets are managed efficiently and effectively. I work closely with both clients and colleagues to maintain high service standards and deliver reliable cloud-based solutions.

My role involves managing the scheduling and availability of our Philippines-based staff, providing coaching and guidance, and maintaining high standards of service delivery around the clock. Nathan Boothby

I hold degrees in Computing & IT and International Security & Crisis Management, which give me a strong technical foundation and a broader understanding of global challenges. My career has taken me through diverse sectors, including training and apprenticeships, equipment finance, and IT firewall support, giving me a well-rounded perspective on technology and business processes.

As a Cloud Technician, I serve as the first line of support for our clients, providing immediate assistance on a range of issues—from account access problems to basic cybersecurity concerns. My role is all about responsiveness and reliability, ensuring that clients receive timely and effective solutions that keep their operations running smoothly. I take pride in being a dependable point of contact, helping to resolve technical challenges with clarity and care.
My key strength lies in quickly understanding the root of an issue and using a resourceful, solution-oriented approach to address it. I’ve also had the opportunity to lead onboarding training sessions, where I shared my knowledge and experience to help new team members grow in their roles. These moments of mentorship are among my proudest accomplishments, as they’ve allowed me to contribute to the professional development of others while reinforcing my own expertise.
I hold several certifications that mark important milestones in my journey, including the MS-900 and others I earned early in my career at Cloudtech. Gaining these qualifications was a big personal achievement, especially after initially feeling uncertain about my ability to succeed in the field. Thanks to the support of my team, I overcame those doubts and built a strong foundation. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, relaxing at the beach, and spending quality time with my two dogs.

As a Senior Cloud Technician, I specialise in supporting end users and the Service Desk team with IT-related issues, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations across Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 environments. My role includes managing internal escalations and maintaining business continuity, with a strong focus on delivering efficient and reliable cloud-based solutions.
My core expertise lies in Microsoft 365, where I’ve developed a deep understanding of its suite of tools and services. I recently earned my Microsoft 365 Fundamentals certification, marking a key milestone in my professional development. I’m committed to continuous learning and actively expanding my technical knowledge to stay ahead in the ever-evolving cloud technology landscape. Additionally, I hold a NinjaOne Technician MSP certification, further enhancing my capabilities in remote monitoring and management.

I’m a Platform Automation Engineer focused on streamlining cloud infrastructure and automating complex operational workflows. My role involves designing scalable automation solutions that enhance security, efficiency, and system resilience. I work closely with cross-functional teams to identify manual processes and implement robust, forward-thinking automation strategies.
My expertise spans security engineering, automation, Linux systems, and security analysis. I take pride in being a problem-solver—often the first to explore and implement new technologies. Notably, I led the development of intricate CQL logic during major platform transitions and created essential automation code that supports key engineering functions.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about Linux ricing, anime, and manga. I enjoy customizing and optimizing Linux environments in my free time, always looking for new ways to blend creativity with technical precision.

Oliver Gil
As a dedicated Security Analyst, I play a key role in safeguarding digital environments by monitoring and investigating security alerts across multiple platforms. My work focuses on identifying threats, managing vulnerabilities, and responding to incidents through containment, eradication, and recovery. Operating within a 24/7 security environment, I collaborate closely with SOC team members, maintain accurate and detailed incident documentation, and participate in ongoing training to ensure a strong and consistent security posture.
My expertise includes the identification and classification of security incidents, thorough documentation and reporting, and strict adherence to SOC playbooks and standard operating procedures. In a previous role as a QA associate within a SOC team, I contributed to improving overall efficiency by refining standard operating procedures, an accomplishment I’m particularly proud of.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about gaming, a hobby I’ve enjoyed since childhood and I find inspiration in post‑apocalyptic movies and series. These interests not only help me unwind but also fuel my curiosity and creativity, offering a balance to the fast‑paced, analytical nature of cybersecurity.

As a Cyber Security Analyst, I specialise in safeguarding systems, networks, and data from emerging threats. My day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring security alerts and logs, investigating unusual activity, and responding to incidents to minimise risk and ensure organisational safety. I also focus on strengthening endpoints and maintaining compliance with established security policies and frameworks.
My core expertise spans Microsoft security technologies including Defender, Intune, and Entra ID along with vulnerability management, patch deployment, and incident response. I’m skilled in analysing threats, implementing remediation strategies, and leveraging automation through PowerShell and Python to streamline security operations
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and several industry-recognised certifications, including CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Network+, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, (ISC)² Certified in Cybersecurity (CC), and ManageEngine Certified Product Associate for Patch Manager Plus.
Outside of work, I enjoy staying active at the gym, maintaining fish tanks, and building a growing collection of fragrances.
