The Community College of Baltimore County provides Literacy Education to the Maryland Department of Correction’s County Detention facility, under contract with the Maryland’s Department of Labor.

    • A local, state, or federal governmental agency, or a local school board or school district.
    • A museum, library, historical society, or other established and bona fide cultural institution that provides resources or services relevant to CEA members.
    • An entity that maintains a current, direct, written contractual relationship with CEA for the provision of goods or services.
