Phila DA Krasner Looking at Bringing Charges Against J6’ers That Trump Pardoned

The first reaction has to be “why”? Krasner is one of the many Soros backed DA’s that has done his best to damage our judicial system. Soros, the fellow that Biden just gave a medal. So he wants to make some trumped up charges to hound some Pennsylvanias. It turns out he is up for re-election, and he will have some competition. 

Meanwhile it appears that some of the J6ers are being slow walked in their release.

Soros-backed Philly District Attorney Larry Krasner is exploring state charges against January 6ers pardoned by President Trump.

Trump pardoned more 1,500 January 6 defendants as one of his first acts as US President on Monday.

However, as expected, a Democrat DA is now trying to bring state charges to pardoned January 6ers.

Krasner has indicated that his office is scouring over federal charging documents in an attempt to find prosecutable conduct that may not have been covered in the D.C.-based January 6 prosecutions.
 
He specifically mentioned looking into cases that involved “assaults on officers” and “collaboration with far-right extremist groups such as the Oath Keepers and Proud Boys,” according to a report from Inkl.com.

The far left district attorney referenced a number of Pennsylvania laws that could potentially be used in prosecuting Trump supporters over a minor riot from four years ago, including statutes related to the misuse of technology for criminal activities, state conspiracy laws, and election-related offenses.

For Krasner, the hardline stance on the January 6 protests differs dramatically from his response to the Black Lives Matter riots in 2020, which saw dozens of buildings and vehicles burned while Philadelphia Police officers were repeatedly assaulted during weeks of continued violence. Philly Crime Update noted that Krasner withdrew 80 percent of commercial burglary charges brought against rioters during the George Floyd riots, as well as those brought in the Walter Wallace riots in October 2020.

Of the 2,000 rioters arrested in 2020, 95 percent of those cases were dropped by Krasner’s office, despite the fact that 64 percent of those charged were repeat offenders.

Krasner is vowing to prosecute January 6 protesters just days after he received a formidable Democratic Party primary challenge from former Philadelphia Judge Pat Dugan. While flanked by labor leaders, Dugan announced his candidacy last week and promised to crack down on low level crime that has been ignored by Krasner’s office. In 2024, Krasner’s office changed a policy so that thefts under $500 are no longer treated as lower-level offenses.

William Sarsfield, J6 detainee has been released from jail in Philadelphia and is now outside of the DC Jail in prison slippers and shirt, joining others for support. After his experience he is calling for prison reform.
 
“Maybe it’s the army in me, but I don’t like to leave anybody behind”, said Robert Morss, who had been sentenced to more than five years in prison in relation to J6 and was released last night on President Trump’s pardon,

Trumpism has Arrived. J6ers to have Freedom

And here we go. Now that didn’t take long did it? One must say Biden left office with a bang in pardoning his family. We don’t hear the media going crazy over it, but the media does chortle again over Trump and this Third Reich thing they claim is coming.

MSNBC announces in one last desperate stand to gain some eyeballs with the requisite attacks on Trump.

Rachel Maddow is returning to her nightly perch on MSNBC — at least for the first few months of the second Trump administration.

The network announced on Monday that Maddow will lead its coverage of Trump’s inauguration on Jan. 20 and, starting that night, begin airing her prime-time show five nights a week at 9 p.m. Eastern.

Just to make sure we have enough crime:

 President Joe Biden announced that he is commuting the sentences of nearly 2,500 people serving longer prison terms for convictions related to crack cocaine. In doing so, Biden made history and set the record for the most total individual commutations by a president in history at over 4,000.

Last minute pardons for Biden’s political accomplices were the plan all along. The pardons for drug dealers and commutations for murderers were just cover for the main act of these pardons and his son — all done after elections have passed.

The only administration to try to jail political opponents was not Trump’s but Biden’s, and it was the voters who rejected it with their votes.

There were legitimate questions on whether Fauci lied about his funding of gain of function research, whether Miley broke the chain of command and had unauthorized communications with the Chinese and whether the Jan 6th committee coached witnesses. They may have all been right and truthful but there were questions, and they will all go unresolved now.

But Biden was elected lying to the public about his son’s business (which was eventually uncovered), sought to win reelection hiding his infirmities, (which was also eventually uncovered), and genuinely abused his office in the closing days of his presidency as his low ratings sink even lower.

Biden DOJ to Bring 200 More Charges Against J6 Cases at Last Minute

The Biden DOJ on Monday revealed it is likely going to charge 200 more Trump supporters related to the January 6, 2021 Capitol protest.

More than 1,500 January 6ers – many nonviolent, first time offenders – have been charged by Merrick Garland’s DOJ in the last four years.

 

Biden’s DOJ hunted down MAGA grandmothers and other non-violent offenders and threw them in the DC gulag.

Revolver News recently floated a scenario in which the Biden DOJ unseals an indictment on the January 6 pipe bomber shortly before Trump’s inauguration to throw a wrench in Trump’s possible blanket pardon of J6ers.

The FBI last Thursday evening released *new* footage of the January 6 pipe bomber after Rep. Loudermilk released a report revealing the bureau engaged in a massive coverup operation.

Federal prosecutors are weighing charging as many as 200 more people for their involvement in the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol — including 60 suspected of assaulting or impeding police officers during the riot that nearly derailed the transfer of power from Donald Trump to Joe Biden.

The new figures, released by the Justice Department Monday, reveal for the first time how many cases prosecutors believe are pending as Trump prepares to take office and threatens to unravel the massive four-year probe. About 1,583 people have faced federal charges for their role in the attack — including more than 600 facing felony charges for assaulting or resisting police during the chaos.

Though the Justice Department has released monthly statistics on the Jan. 6 probe — the largest federal prosecution in its history, according to DOJ leaders, Monday’s figures are the first time prosecutors have estimated how many uncharged cases remain. It’s a signal flare to Trump, who has indicated he expects to pardon many people involved in the attack but has repeatedly mischaracterized the status of the cases.

Ray Epps Sentenced to No Jail Time! So Much for that Conspiracy Theory

 Operative Ray Epps was sentenced on Tuesday to NO JAIL TIME!

For reference, the average sentence a January 6 defendant has received is 3 years. For those who receive guilty pleas like Epps did, it has been two years. Yet for some reason the guy who instigated the Capitol riot has escaped with probation and community service.

Ray Epps, the only January 6 protester who actually told people to go into the Capitol, has been officially sentenced to one year probation, $500 restitution, and 100 hours community service.

Epps did not have to show up for court today – he called in via Zoom.

For comparison: 70 yr old non violent female sentenced 2 months in jail. Epps, in addition to inciting the crowd, was actually shown on video pushing a large sign directly into Police Officers. Why is he given a “sweetheart” deal by a Judge who was particularly hard on others?

I guess we can put this question away. Working for the FBI. What is so telling is they have zero interest in covering up…no need to take one for the team. The Rot is deep.

Whitmer Kidnapping trial Judge places 25-minute limit on defense attorneys but not on prosecutors

BREAKING: Federal judge in Whitmer Kidnapping trial places 25-minute limit on defense attorneys but not on prosecutors. Defense attorneys now arguing with Judge Robert Jonker about his order under Reeves. This was applied to two government witnesses who pleaded guilty. 

Earlier in the trial:

The judge is getting impatient with the defense in the Gov. Gretchen Whitmer kidnapping retrial, telling lawyers they are taking too much time talking about “crap” that isn’t important, dragging out the case and exhausting jurors in the process.

“You can look at the jury and see when they are checking out — and they’re checking out,” U.S. District Judge Robert Jonker said after the jury went home Friday.

“It’s getting ridiculous,” Jonker said of the time spent on cross-examinations, warning he is going to think “hard” over the weekend about enforcing time limits “unless the defendants can start focusing on something that really matters.” Read more Detroit Free Press.

FBI Won’t Let Facts Get In the Way of a Good Story

 
Either the commissars prevail at great expense to the safety and liberty of the nation or they are defeated. And the closing chapter is being written right now.

 

“We have a saying in my office. Don’t let the facts get in the way of a good story.”

So said FBI supervisory agent Henrik Impola to one of the FBI informants working the FBI-inspired, organized, and executed scheme to “kidnap” and “assassinate” Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer ahead of the 2020 presidential election.

That comment, made in December 2020, just a few months after several men were arrested for their alleged role in the plot, was repeated by a defense attorney during opening statements last Wednesday morning in the retrial of two remaining defendants in the federal case.

Impola’s warning should be the FBI’s new motto; he also could be the poster boy for the modern-day FBI. Not only did he handle the main informant in the Whitmer operation, Impola worked out of the Detroit FBI field office when a man named Steven D’Antuono was in charge.

The purpose of the caper, one with D’Antuono’s fingerprints all over it, was to produce negative news coverage for Trump while millions of Americans were voting for president in 2020; the president was accused of inspiring “white supremacist right-wing militias” to take out one of his most loathed political adversaries.

One week after the arrests in the Whitmer plot were announced on October 8, 2020, FBI Director Christopher Wray invited D’Antuono to take over a plum assignment—head of the FBI field office in Washington, D.C. The promotion gave D’Antuono control of the most powerful FBI office in the country several weeks before the events of January 6.

DOJ Conducting Grand Jury with Witness Testimony Targeting Trump for Seditious Conspiracy Against Government

Going after Trump with a Grand Jury will not set well with the Trumpettes.. Some are blowing it off as the Democrats last ditch effort to distract from a rout coming up in the fall election. Not so fast. The D.C. citizens who are the “pool” of individuals who are chosen for juries so far in GOP related trials have not faired well at all.

Now we are talking a Grand Jury. As the saying goes, one can indict a ham sandwich. Add to the folly, AG Merrick Garland must have an angst up his butt that he is not sitting on the Supreme Court. Liz Cheney and her band of merry makers are beating the drum along with her fellow comrade Schiff to tackle Supreme Thomas’s wife. Schiff admitting the purpose is to get Clarence Thomas.

This will not end well. Not at all. If the J6 Committee and Garland want a civil war, this is the way to set out the gun powder.

According to the Washington Post, the DOJ is now putting witnesses in front of a grand jury to solicit evidence to support a “seditious conspiracy” charge against President Trump for attempting to overthrow the United States government and Joe Biden.

WaPo – […] There are two principal tracks of the investigation that could ultimately lead to additional scrutiny of Trump, two people familiar with the situation said, also speaking on the condition of anonymity to discuss an ongoing investigation.

The first centers on seditious conspiracy and conspiracy to obstruct a government proceeding, the type of charges already filed against individuals who stormed the Capitol on Jan. 6 and on two leaders of far-right groups, Stewart Rhodes and Henry “Enrique” Tarrio, who did not breach the Capitol but were allegedly involved in planning the day’s events.

The second involves potential fraud associated with the false-electors scheme or with pressure Trump and his allies allegedly put on the Justice Department and others to falsely claim that the election was rigged and votes were fraudulently cast.

Recent subpoenas obtained by The Post show that two Arizona state legislators were ordered to turn over communications with “any member, employee, or agent of Donald J. Trump or any organization advocating in favor of the 2020 re-election of Donald J. Trump, including ‘Donald J. Trump for President, Inc.’ ”

No former president has ever been charged with a crime in the country’s history. In cases when investigators found evidence suggesting a president engaged in criminal conduct, as with Richard M. Nixon and Bill Clinton, investigators and successive administrations concluded it was better to grant immunity or forgo prosecution. One goal was to avoid appearing to use government power to punish political enemies and assure the tradition of a peaceful transfer of power. (read more)

Fox News contributor and constitutional law attorney Jonathan Turley criticized the January 6 committee’s “incredible overreach” in their push to question Ginni Thomas, wife of Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas. On “America Reports” Tuesday, Turley called threats to subpoena Thomas an attempt to learn more about her husband’s dissenting opinion in a Supreme Court decision on the investigation.

JONATHAN TURLEY: It’s not much speculation. Schiff said that on the program this weekend and said that he wanted to know what Justice Thomas knew about these messages from his wife and whether they impacted his decision. This is a case of incredible overreach by the committee. The fact that the vice chair would join Schiff in saying that this is a possibility really does raise chilling issues that Congress needs to look at. Now, this would be unprecedented. They would be asking the spouse of a justice about her communications with her husband. And it’s important to remember that it appears these messages had already been turned over by Mark Meadows before that opinion ever came out. And so the question is why? Why this overreach? And Schiff seemed to answer that and said that it’s really about her husband.
