Operative Ray Epps was sentenced on Tuesday to NO JAIL TIME!
For reference, the average sentence a January 6 defendant has received is 3 years. For those who receive guilty pleas like Epps did, it has been two years. Yet for some reason the guy who instigated the Capitol riot has escaped with probation and community service.
Ray Epps, the only January 6 protester who actually told people to go into the Capitol, has been officially sentenced to one year probation, $500 restitution, and 100 hours community service.
RAY EPPS SENTENCED – NO JAIL TIME! – One Year Probation, $500 fine, and 100 Hours Community Service! – JUSTICE IN AMERICA IS DEAD! Lone ‘Insurrectionist’ Skates!
The Biden regime refused to charge Epps with hurling a sign at police when 8 others are rotting in prison today for just touching the sign.
Ray Epps steered it towards the police and hurled it at them. He is free today.
Epps did not have to show up for court today – he called in via Zoom.
For comparison: 70 yr old non violent female sentenced 2 months in jail. Epps, in addition to inciting the crowd, was actually shown on video pushing a large sign directly into Police Officers. Why is he given a “sweetheart” deal by a Judge who was particularly hard on others?

I guess we can put this question away. Working for the FBI. What is so telling is they have zero interest in covering up…no need to take one for the team. The Rot is deep.
What makes this story so good is the many video clips that support the story line of the January 6 incident. The timeline of the unfolding of the activities leading up to the breech of the Capitol has received scant attention. The House has concluded their piece of nonsense hearing work, but the story of the government’s role has not. We know some about Ray Epps, but there are other players that need attention. While our attention has moved on with Twitter and the border, let us not forget this fine fellow and the work of the government.
The taking down of the Capitol fences as well as the signage prior to the arrival of the Trump contingent that was listening to his speech is paramount to the happening and the author claiming it was a booby trap for many is a disagreement that is hard to make.
Thousands of hours of video we know exist. Yet the defense of those charged in the incident as well as America need to demand that they be released. Revolver put together an amazing piece of work that must not be missed. Although it came out a year ago, for those who have not read it, it is a must do.
We owe the J6 prisoners, many who are spending years in jail waiting for trial, a disservice not to insist that the House GOP make it a priority for all of the information out there to be made accessible to all.
Revolver News published the first part a blockbuster investigative report on Ray Epps — a man who, more than any other individual, appears to be the key unlocking the question of active federal involvement in the so-called “Capitol Siege” of January 6th earlier. Well worth the visit.
I will pick out a few highlights of Part Two of their story:
In large part, this description is hardly an exaggeration. Indeed, it was the 12:50 p.m. breach of the Capitol grounds, in conjunction with a handful of suspicious individuals ripping down fencing and signage, that set in motion the conditions allowing for 1/6 to turn from a rally into a riot.
In this report, we will blow open this network of still-unindicted key operators who appear to have been at work either with or around Ray Epps during the initial Capitol grounds breach. You, dear reader, will be scandalized — though perhaps unsurprised — to learn that none of the actors covered in this report have received attention in the mainstream press, despite their active and indispensable roles in the events of 1/6.
…..But it is imperative to note that if Epps was just a cog in a much larger federal operation, he would not have been deployed alone. Historically speaking, when Feds have orchestrated fake mobs of fake protesters, or contrived fake conspiratorial plots, the Feds’ own assets have commonly comprised between 16% to 25% of the plot’s participants, at least in its key respects. Indeed, the FBI once flew in 1,600 rowdy spooks to infiltrate a single convention with just 10,000 protesters.
..The Booby Trap that Turned a Rally into a Riot
The “Big Bang” moment that kicked off the riot was when a small “breach team” of just a few dozen people violently knocked over the first set of metal barricades between 12:50-12:53 p.m. They forced back the police, and therefore opened a clean walkway entrance to the crowd behind them.
This same breach team then proceeded to haul the metal police barricades off to the side, tear down “Restricted Area” signage, and systematically remove protective fencing from the Capitol lawn. Ordinarily, with no barriers in place, this entire area is open to the public.
…Moreover, 12:31 p.m. is 17 minutes before the large group of 220+ marching Proud Boys arrived at the Peace Monument from their lunch break. Here’s why that matters:
The official January 6 story, as parroted by the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal and HBO, is that the Proud Boys’ arrival at the Peace Monument at 12:48 p.m. is what sparked a sudden breach. But the fact that FenceCutterBulwark and other key operators (until now ignored by mainstream media) were already waiting in place while the Proud Boys’ were still a mile away eating lunch suggests a more sinister possibility: foreknowledge of an imminent breach at this exact location.
In conclusion a few highlights of this man who has yet to be charged. The Revolver story read here
Warning rough language
This, the final asterrick to this story. Rep. Massie Questions Attorney General Garland- Were Federal Agents Present/Agitating on Jan 6th?
One thing is for sure. As much as they put the hammer down on the J6 rioters, the charges so far remain elusive. This caused the Washington Post to find the charges so disturbing that they were so minor, even then the judges often sentenced below the recommended sentence.
From a Bunkerville post January 6, 2021
Of 701 federal defendants, 74 have been sentenced, nearly all for misdemeanors. https://t.co/adwvGfg67e
Federal judges in D.C. have gone below the government recommendation in 49 out of 74 sentencings held for Capitol riot defendants one year after the attack, about two-thirds of the cases. In eight cases where prosecutors asked for jail time, the judges instead opted for probation. Of the 74 people sentenced so far, 35 have been given jail or prison time, 14 home detention and 25 probation alone.
Many Capitol riot defendants got punishments substantially lighter than what the government requested
Snip
Although the Justice Department has argued generally that higher sentences would deter domestic terrorism, prosecutors so far have not formally asked judges to apply terrorism-related enhancements that could more than double the sentencing guidelines. Instead, they have used the threat of that enhancement to encourage guilty pleas, lawyers have said.
