Pro-Illegal Alien And DEI Supporter Ashleigh Bondoc Joins DOJ As Special Assistant To White House Senior Counselor

With judicial appointments, Trump is still seems to be receiving bad vetting or is intentionally being sabotaged, similar to he was with the Amy Coney Barrett pick. Fire brand Laura Loomer who has misfired at times, still manages hitting many bulls-eye and this sure appears to be one.

Many are asking of AG Bondi, Where’s the beef? Lots of investigations, but how about some arrests? She manages to find her way to Fox News often enough. Then there is the Jeffrey Epstein Files that have yet to see the light of day while it is reported that the files are being scrubbed as we speak.

Here we go with the Loomered story of Bondoc.

Ashleigh Bondoc, an attorney with a history of advocating for illegal aliens and DEI policies, has been appointed as a Special Assistant to Stanley Woodward, the Senior Counselor to President Donald Trump and the newly nominated Associate Attorney General, within the Department of Justice (DOJ). Woodward and Bondoc report to US Attorney General Pam Bondi.

The hiring, confirmed through Bondoc’s LinkedIn profile, has raised questions about the alignment of personnel decisions within the Trump administration, especially since the Trump administration has promised and embraced policies designed to crack down on illegal immigration and DEI.

According to her LinkedIn profile, Bondoc previously served as a Public Interest Intern at the American Bar Association’s Commission on Immigration. In that role, she provided legal support to illegal immigrants in U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facilities.

Her responsibilities included: Offering legal assistance to ICE detainees via a multilingual hotline, communicating in English and Spanish, preparing legal portfolios to aid detainees in resolving immigration cases, including asylum claims and challenges to criminal charges, and drafting formal complaints based on detainee concerns for submission to ICE.

LinkedIn records also reveal that Bondoc worked as an immigration paralegal for Glinsmann Immigration in Gaithersburg, Maryland. In that role, Bondoc was responsible for assisting with the preparation and development of non-removal proceeding immigration cases (specifically, permanent residence, permanent labor certification, family-based immigration, and naturalization cases) through the completion of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services forms, research, and evidence analysis and organization.

Additionally, during her time as a student at The Catholic University of America, Bondoc participated in Diversity Career Panel Discussions, which focused on promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in professional settings.

Obama spending millions for summer jobs – for refugees

So much for Obama concerned with America and our kids.

Obama spending millions to find summer jobs — for refugees

“The New Americans Career Pathways project will provide in-school youth with summer jobs and academic support for 400 students in the refugee populations of Utica, NY,” according to a White House Fact Sheet. “The students will receive summer job work experience and academic tutoring in English and Math, and support in finding part-time jobs.”

Other projects include “employment-related services” for Native American youth in California, Illinois and Iowa; to “create summer employment and year-round work experiences for 1,000 disconnected youth and underserved populations, including Latino and Arab-American youth” in Detroit; and inner-city jobs programs in Indianapolis, Philadelphia and other places.

Vote Tally Count Safe Act – Improved Refugee background check

On Wednesday, Senate Democrats successfully and predictably blocked what many conservatives described as Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI)’s “Show Vote’”on refugee admissions.  Below are the links to individual votes.

Vote Summary By Senator Name By Vote Position By Home State

It has been called a show vote because the Ryan plan, even if the President signed it, would still allow the President to bring in an unlimited number of refugees from an unlimited number of countries.

Democrats’ filibuster on the motion to proceed to Ryan’s show vote comes one month after Speaker Ryan sent President Obama a blank check to fund visa issuances to nearly 300,000 (temporary and permanent) Muslim migrants in the next 12 months alone. Ryan’s decision to fully-fund Obama’s immigration agenda arguably ceded any leverage he may otherwise have had over Democrats and ensured the large-scale migration into America would continue and grow.

Ryan’s bill, known as the American SAFE Act, was blocked by 55-43.

Cloture on H.R. 4038: American SAFE Act of 2015

This was a vote on “cloture” in the Senate, which means to end debate so that an up-or-down vote can be taken. A vote in favor is a vote to end debate and move to a vote on the issue itself, while a vote against is a vote to prolong debate or to filibuster.

The vote was related to H.R. 4038.

ICE reveals list of convicted murderers it freed. In your town?

What with Ebola, the respiratory virus, and the release of convicted murderers in our midst, does anyone believe that Obama gives one whit about the safety and health of us? Every day, in every way, he shows his contempt for us. Here we go:

The 169 aliens with homicide-related convictions who were freed by ICE in 2013 were booked out of detention facilities in 24 different states, with the largest number in California, according to information provided to Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa). ICE records show that these convicted killers were associated with 96 different cities and towns across America. The city with the largest concentration was Miami, with seven convicted murderers freed by ICE, followed by Los Angeles with six.

Some of the court-ordered releases are the so-called Zadvydas cases, where ICE must release or anticipates being ordered to release an alien because the alien’s country refuses to cooperate in the deportation process. Others are likely the result of a Ninth Circuit ruling allowing for bond hearings for aliens whose detention lasts for six months.

ICE says that the discretionary releases were due to “eligibility for bond” or “deteriorated health or advanced age”, without providing details or numbers.

CE’s response follows on an internal audit report on ICE’s botched case management that resulted in the release of 2,226 detainees in February 2013. Most of those releases occurred in Texas and Arizona.

Obama : ‘Can’t Stop Deportations Through Executive Order’ In March 2011

At a Univision Town Hall in March 2011, President Obama clearly said that he could not suspend deportations through executive order because we are a nation of laws. Short and sweet today my friends. Our dictator and that is exactly what he is, has pronounced another Executive Order. The door is now opened. Pathetic. My 2000 post today, so says word press. This should celebrate the date perfectly.
