ATI Parental Control & Encoder

The integrated encoder captures live TV and video sources with efficient compression, enabling smooth timeshifting, personal video recording, and space‑saving storage, with selectable quality presets to suit your needs. Designed to integrate with ATI’s multimedia software and other compatible capture applications, it installs the components needed to enforce restrictions and manage encoding in the background on supported Windows systems and ATI hardware.
