Asf Tools is software with the help of which you can process all Windows-Media-Player files with extensions WMA, ASF, WMV. The program makes it possible to split and join these kinds of files to prepare them for sending them by e-mail. Asf Tools is free.

The interface is simple and intuitive. The conversion between one file format to another is very simple: you simply need to click the Convert button. The whole process takes only a moment. Three main buttons allow you to make different manipulations with files: Convert, Repair, Basics. The ‘Other‘ button gives you the option to create ASX files. These files are able to store more than one Windows Media Player file, which can be handy during multimedia presentations.

There are many functions in the program that can correct most minor errors in videos. A built-in AVI Converter makes possible the conversion of ASF/WMV file formats into AVI files. The audio and video files can also be extracted and recorded as files in WAV format.

All in all, it is a very good program for frequent use because it is tiny, easy to use, and above all completely free.
