ZAPP is compatible with Mac and PC computers using current operating systems and web browsers.

General Troubleshooting Tips

  1. Clear Your Browser Cache and Cookies 🍪

    • Outdated or corrupted files in your browser can cause pages to not load properly. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies, then trying again.

  2. Deactivate Browser Extensions 🚫

    • Ad blockers, privacy tools, or pop-up blockers may interfere with certain ZAPP features. Try deactivating these or using a private/incognito window.

  3. Check Your Internet Connection 🛜

    • A weak or unstable internet connection can cause pages to load slowly or images to fail during upload.
