slow motion

yes it feels like that and yet days are flying fast…
and before we all know it, it will be Christmas!

I have being playing with collage, acrylics, gesso and Stabilo All Marks quite a bit recently….

and while playing, I got reminded of a good lesson….

when it comes from the heart, things flow…
when i use my head too much and try too hard, things looked rigid and un-natural…

this fits into my work as well. I was reminded by a client, who was acknowledging my therapeutic style…
She felt she could trust me…things were said and taught from the heart she said!

Still away

While on holiday, I must admit, I am missing my studio heaps! This is totally new to me and I’m enjoying this new experience. However I’m also getting very impatient to put a blank canvas in my easel and start the Bloom True e-course.

So, with my little drawing pad, I’ve been playing, pretending I’m patient;)

These are seriously addictive!!!

Bold

or learning to let go!

I bought this gorgeous book last year, after hearing my friend Anne talking about Flora Bowley’s work

but never had the courage or the trust to give it a try… I opened it often, dreamed about colors and mixture and canvas and flowers and ideas…but never dared jumping into it!

until this afternoon!

I had this need within myself… To express, to play with… felt so much joy!!!! A totally new experience…
