    #Cal women’s basketball has landed a commitment from Michelle Ugonne Onyiah out of Eleanor Roosevelt High School in Eastvale, CA. She announced her decision on Instagram. ESPN rates her as a 5-star forward rated 34 overall in the 2020 class/ 9th at her position. #Pac12WBB

    Actually, Stanford has seen an increase in transfers across multiple sports including football and a Top 20 recruiting class in 2024. Stanford does care about football. This narrative is false. #Stanford #Pac12FB

    San Diego State sophomore guard Najé Murray (@NajeMurray) is transferring to #Cal. She averaged 13.7 points per game last season on 37.0% shooting from the field, 35.4% shooting from 3-point range, and 80.0% from the foul line. #Pac12WBB

    Just got confirmation that Jules Erving has left the #Cal men’s basketball program to focus on his schooling. I wish him nothing but the best. Great kid. Most importantly, he’s gonna get that degree from the top public university in the world. #UCBerkeley #Pac12Hoops

    This is like, really dumb. #Cal absolutely has a lot of value. #Stanford obviously the most valuable program remaining in the PAC-12, but Cal should not be an afterthought. They have value.

    From an athletic standpoint there is literally no benefit to any major conference adding Cal. I also have zero idea how Cal would be able to afford travel.
