    I HATE the term "scout team hero"... Oh you mean the guy trying to win a starting job? Or the guy that's giving your 1s a good look? Youre right, that guy is a scout team hero. He's doing his job giving all he's got. I think good programs love that. Competition breeds success

    Posterior chain is the most underdeveloped part of the body in HS athletes. We are 2:1 pull to push upper and lower body. Want to add size, stability and strength to your athletes while preventing injury you better pull!!

    Too young man. Only about 5’9 Your personality was so much bigger. Your energy and the way you played football was a joy to watch whether it was on kickoff or in dime your love for football always showed. Only a sophomore. We gotta learn to settle our differences without violence

    We’re 10-0 only undefeated team in our region, have played the toughest schedule in our region. only 2 teams in our region would play us, the rest said no and we’re the 3 seed. Y’all can’t hide now 🤷‍♂️

    IM TIRED OF SEEING ATHLETES LOAD A BAR WITH A WEIGHT THEY CANT HANDLE, SQUAT NOWHERE NEAR PARALLEL AND THEIR COACHES CONGRATULATE THEM... DO YOUR DAMN JOB. STRIP THE WEIGHT BEFORE SOMEONE GETS HURT. The kids deserve better #TERRIBLE
