- Your coach will not lie to you. Your coaches job is to coach you. Not to boost your ego. If you find someone that doesn’t hold you accountable they are cheating you. May not like it now, but one day you will appreciate it and understand it.
- Started my weight loss on November 12, 2024. My starting weight was 360 lbs. I couldn’t believe how bad I got. So today on February 18th. I am weighing in at 293 lbs.
- Brooklynn had Rocky Mountain Tick Fever. She is doing well. The neurologist said that the infection is gone from the brain. And that it all the symptoms were from that. We will be going home today. God is good. Thank you all for the prayers. Much love to you all.
- I am convinced people let their success on Madden Football (video game) get into their mind and they think they know how to coach and play the game of football. Trust me it’s not the same. It takes years of commitment to do what we do. It’s a process! Stop embarrassing yourself.
- You don’t quit coaching a kid. You keep coaching them until you are in a coffin or they are in the coffin. Coaches change lives! Your influence changed the course of their life. Shouldn’t change after they leave your program!

And coaches who are legitimate don't run that stupid drill.
