- Replying to @jbcarmodyAbsolutely! Got rejected within a few hours by a program who stated because of COVID, theyβre not offering spots to applicants needing a visa π€¦π½ββοΈ. No mention of this anywhere on their website though. 26 USD is equivalent to what i get paid for 2 hours of my work - what a waste.

- Replying to @jasonryanmdWhile I didnt agree with your opinion, you should be allowed to express it without hate and anger. Everyone has some opinions which the majority thinks are βbad takesβ. As long as not truly hurting someone, should be given space to express. Sorry for the hate you got!
- Interesting data re signal to interview conversion. I wonder how this is impacting IMGs (or visa needing applicants) since there isnt a lot of transparency re which programs will interview these and applicants might end up wasting signals bcz of lack of data to guide signals.The AAMC shared preliminary data for the 2024-2025 residency application cycle. For specialties that use βbig signaling,β applications per applicant are down ~35-40% from a couple of years ago. Iβve got a couple of things to say about thatβ¦ and the AAMCβs spin on it. (π§΅)
