    In Lisbon I went out for a meal. I had to have proof of a Covid test *that day*, but didn’t. So the restaurant sold me a Lateral flow test for €2.50. I went in & enjoyed my meal, with all the other tested customers. Pretty simple really. No fuss and no arguing about “freedoms”.

    Starmer has been given the nod of approval by the City. UK markets are up and Sterling is up. Uncertainly in the US & France will now make the UK highly investable & may also may mean a rate cut. The Tories promised stability - it *arrived* after they were kicked out of office…

    WhatsApp will share its users' personal information, including phone numbers, IP addresses, contacts, & more with Facebook from Feb. 8, according to the new T&Cs. No opt-out. The only way to object is to leave the service & move to a service like Signal or Telegram.
