Busy shift yesterday in @Ldn_Ambulance APPCC Had great company for the day, @liamsagi1 started the day properly washing the car! A late finish and many miles covered across London. Good discussions around how different systems care for critically unwell patients across the UK - Yesterday I officially graduated with my Masters Degree (with Distinction) at @QMUL . Thank you to everyone who helped me with endless essays and exams.

- @TJCoats The full paper is now publishedHypertension just as bad as hypotension after head injury (but much less awareness of this). @liamsagi1 at #EUSEM2023 finding 12% patients hypertension >180mmHg after prehospital intubation. Is our concentration on avoiding hypotension causing harmful hypertension?
